After confirming that your order is eligible for a return/exchange, please contact our Customer Experience Team and they can send you a prepaid label to return the order to us via Fed Ex. Upon receipt, the Customer Experience Team will review your ticket and handle the return/exchange as previously discussed.
Any item(s) returned without prior approval that has been decorated will not be accepted. The item(s) will be donated to a charity of our choice and a refund will not be credited to your account.
